Mirrool Creek Lamb is delighted to be working with the incredible Becasse team. Sam Hayes met Monty Koludrovic (head chef) in late June and he kindly suggested that his great friend and world renowned chef Brett Graham of The Ledbury, London should use Mirrool Creek Lamb during the Electrolux Young Chef awards dinner. Brett was the honorary guest for the event, this in itself was a great result for Mirrool Creek Lamb. Justin North later purchased a shoulder with his young daughter at the Eveleigh markets and later that week Mirrool Creek Lamb was invited to supply Becasse for the Producer Lunch Menu. The Mirrool Creek Lamb team are thrilled to be working with such a dedicated and admired restaurant.
