Readers enjoyed stunning views of Sydney Harbour, taking in the Opera House, Harbour Bridge and Luna Park, when they gathered at Sails on Lavender Bay for two evenings of fine food and wine. The four-course menu created by chef Nathan Darling (pictured top left) included a superb ocean trout rillette, tender Mirrool Creek lamb cooked two ways, and a buttermilk pannacotta for dessert. Guests also enjoyed wines from Chandon and Domain Chandon, with two lucky readers taking home prizes from event sponsors Ilve and Volvo.
