Mirrool Creek Lamb was a featured at the NSW Farmers Association Regional Food Fair held at Sydney Showground in July. Over 500 quests enjoyed a lamb cutlet served with mint three ways prepared by Sydney Showground Head Chef Tim Brown. Guests were asked to vote which stand they enjoyed the most and Mirrool Creek Lamb won this honor.
