Sails at Lavender Bay is perched on the shore of Sydney’s magnificent harbor with post card views of the Sydney Opera House and Harbor Bridge.
The menu is original and extensive reflecting the seasons and freshness of the local produce. The new menu offers what owner Greg Anderson describes as “refined modern Australian”, with an emphasis on fresh seafood. Head chef Nathan Darling has used Mirrool Creek Lamb at all of his restaurants including Bannisters in Mollymook and Watermark in Balmoral. The Mirrool Creek Lamb blackstrap is served on a slow braised Mirrool Creek Lamb shoulder. The combination offers a wonderful lamb experience that combines the delicate nature of the backstrap with the robust, wholesome flavour of the shoulder.
