Ros’ Mirrool Creek Lamb Patties
500g Mirrool lamb mince
1 onion diced
1 zucchini grated
1 carrot grated
1/2 cup fetta (Willowbrae)
1/4 cup chopped olives
handful parsley chopped
handful breadcrumbs
1 egg
Saute onion and add to remaining ingredients. Shape into patties/rissoles and gently fry on both sides in a little olive oil.
